is there no way to "batch" do this? or a fastest way to do this? I have a finished project that I need to submit in 20 minutes and it keeps rendering with the audio out of sync.

I assume this applies to all versions of Vegas Pro? I'm currently on 15 and was planning to upgrade? Also technically disabling SO4 Compound Reader seems to fix it but at the cost of compatibility problems with some videos.

this was the only explanation I managed to find online Vegas keeps telling me a 30fps VFR video was 100fps and it was hell until I found this video, thank you so much!

Wrong! That's not a Red Tailed hawk. Take a look at the dark brown and tan stripes on its tail. Only a Cooper's hawk fits that description.
